manufacturing and distribution of electrical engineering equipment, particularly transformers, high-frequency transformers, and electrical regulators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Founded in <strong>October 2000<\/strong> in the <strong>Touraine region (Indre-et-Loire, France)<\/strong>, ABE relocated to <strong>Seine-et-Marne<\/strong> in 2001, first moving to <strong>Montereau-Fault-Yonne<\/strong> and later to <strong>Ozoir-la-Ferri\u00e8re<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\">A Progressive Integration Within Le Cosinus<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From <strong>2017<\/strong>, the company <strong>Constructions \u00c9lectriques Le Cosinus<\/strong> became the managing entity of <strong>ABE<\/strong>, marking the beginning of a closer relationship between the two organisations. \nThis integration was legally completed through a <strong>merger by absorption<\/strong>, resulting in the official removal of ABE from the company register on <strong>18 March 2021<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ABE\u2019s activities and expertise were fully integrated into Le Cosinus, strengthening the group\u2019s technical and industrial capabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\">The Transfer of Recognised Technical Expertise<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The integration of ABE enabled Le Cosinus to further develop its expertise in specialised technical fields, particularly in <strong>winding technologies, customised transformers, and power electronics<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">This transfer of knowledge is now reflected in several areas of expertise developed by Le Cosinus, including high-value-added products such as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lecosinus.fr\/en\/other-products\/ferrite-high-frequency-transformers\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.lecosinus.fr\/autres\/transformateurs-hautes-frequences-ferrites\/\" target=\"_self\">high-frequency ferrite-core transformers.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unlike many market players, who are often specialised either in low-frequency or high-frequency applications, Le Cosinus now benefits from a combined skill set allowing it to address more complex technical requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This expertise is based on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A dedicated workshop for high-frequency and high-voltage winding;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prototyping and small-series production capabilities;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The use of a wide range of materials (magnetic cores, ferrites, Litz wires, etc.);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Precise adaptation to customers\u2019 technical requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The solutions developed are intended for demanding industrial sectors such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Railway;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aerospace;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Medical applications;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Laser systems and defence technologies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Industrial Continuity Serving Our Customers <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">The legal disappearance of
