Custom Windings

We are able to work with copper wire finer than a human hair for electromagnets, specific windings or high-frequency transformers. We also regularly wind large flat copper conductors, and have even produced windings using aluminium bars for very low voltage, very high current transformers. 

Thanks to our wide range of ferrite stock (RM pots, ETD magnetic circuits and toroids) and copper wire from the thickest to the thinnest (down to one hundredth of a millimetre). From solid core to Litz wire. We can produce a great variety of transformers. 

We have developed a range of high-frequency and high-voltage transformers for one of our customers. This transformer is used for a corona effect generator. It operates at a frequency above 10kHz and with a secondary voltage exceeding 8 kilovolts. 

For the railway industry, we regularly manufacture windings to customer specifications, particularly relays.

We also have a full range of self-bonding wire that we can wind to our customers' specifications. This ranges from coils of just a few grams for medical or specific applications to windings of several kilograms.

We also produce coils for high voltage applications. Here, a specific Tesla coil for one of our regular customers.
