Ferrite High-Frequency Transformers

Most of our peers manufacture low-frequency low-voltage transformers, or high-frequency transformers often with high voltages. Rarely both product ranges. 

In Le Cosinus's high-frequency and high-voltage winding workshop, we specialise in small batch production or prototyping for our electronics customers. These customers most often operate in the railway, aerospace, defence, medical or laser sectors. 

Le Cosinus, following the acquisition of the ABE company, has the capability to design and manufacture a wide range of ferrite-based high-frequency transformers. 

Thanks to our wide range of ferrite stock (RM pots, ETD magnetic circuits and toroids) and copper wire from the thickest to the thinnest (down to one hundredth of a millimetre). From solid core to Litz wire. We can produce a great variety of transformers.

We can also produce high-frequency inductors for all applications. Whether based on magnetic circuits or toroids, as shown below, and wound with solid core wire or Litz wire.
