Three-phase isolation transformers are typically used in high and very high power installations within industrial environments. With substantial galvanic isolation, generally 3,000 Volts minimum, they play a key role in separating electrical networks. They are typically used for: voltage conversion, acting as step-down or step-up transformers; changing the neutral earthing system, as they can isolate networks and recreate a neutral point; or establishing an earth connection for the neutral to prevent the phenomenon of floating phase voltages, which can damage electrical installations such as CNC machines. The three-phase transformer guarantees the safety of your electrical distribution.
Standard three-phase voltages today are 400V, or even 410V in Europe. Many people still use the designation 380V for the three-phase network. Our products, rated at 400V, will adapt without difficulty to older voltages. They will only perform better!
